"Since entering Parliament in 2003, I have been a loyal member of the Conservative team, actively opposing the centralist, bureaucratic policies of the Lib-Lab Coalition which governs Scotland today."

“In addition to my work in parliament, a large part of my time is spent dealing with issues raised by individual constituents or local communities. I either deal with these issues personally by raising them in the Chamber, or by tabling Parliamentary Questions to get a direct response from the Minister responsible”.

Over the past 12 months I’ve asked questions about issues such as the long awaited funding increases for Grampian Police, Saving Rural Schools in Aberdeenshire and Moray area, Free Personal Care for the elderly, and the re-opening of Kintore Station”.
